Random High School Pottery

I found a few more scans of high school ceramics work in my Xanga archives.

An attempt at agateware. Wedged terra cotta into stoneware and then roughly wedged that into more stoneware into a thick cane. Slices were assembled into a slab for the plate and over a hump mold for the bowl.

Textured pitcher with rib detail.

Hand coiled teapot with ceramic handle. Unfortunately the handle was broken in a move a few years later.
